Job Description


StreetMetrics is rapidly growing its SaaS business, and we’re seeking the right candidate for the vital role of Operations Manager. This person will be conducting critical daily operations and be heavily involved in a broader set of business activities, including, but not limited to, client and account management, data analysis, and digital advertising campaign execution. Our ideal candidate will have experience in marketing or advertising technology operations and proven success designing operational protocols, managing complex business operations, solving problems and servicing customers.   • Generate, send and execute client insertion orders
  • Onboard and integrate new customers
  • Manage client accounts both internally and externally
  • Design and/or improve operational protocols to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Use multiple internal tools and external SaaS products to execute your duties at a high level
  • Create, monitor and manage clients’ outdoor ad campaigns in our proprietary platform
  • Analyze datasets to identify actionable insights on behalf of customers
  • Create, execute, and optimize clients’ programmatic digital advertising campaigns across multiple DSPs
  • Build customized deliverables for client attribution studies
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure products and services are being delivered in full and on time
  • Perform a variety of duties in support of internal marketing, engineering, and data science teams
  • Provide customer support and assistance as needed
  • Deliver against internal performance goals
  • 3+ years of experience working in an operations role, preferably in a start-up environment, in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success improving processes, solving problems and achieving results
  • An inquisitive and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment, where dreaming big, rapid execution and having fun is the norm
  • Comfortable wearing a variety of “hats” and performing duties outside your core responsibilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Very high attention to detail and superior task management skills
  • High proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an exceptional client-facing demeanor
  • A motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Self-sufficient, comfortable taking action and taking risks; a preference for presenting solutions instead of problems
  • A passion for staying current on new technologies


  • BA in marketing/advertising
  • Experiential knowledge of the advertising ecosystem
  • Experience managing social, programmatic advertising campaigns
  • GoogleAds, Facebook Ads Manager experience
  • CRM experience (SalesForce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Experience with task/project management software
  • Full fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • SQL fluency
